I look forward to working with the students and families of our extraordinary community as we get ready to share an exciting and fulfilling journey to make Fox Elementary the best in every way. I assure you that I share in the community's commitment to caring for your children each day while providing them engaging, innovative, and challenging learning experiences. It has always been my dream to lead a school that stands out as an innovative and student-focused learning organization, a school that is a home away from home, in which every person who walks through our door feels connected, welcomed, and safe.

Since I started my career in education, I have been steadfast in my commitment to maximizing individual student performance, inspiring innovation and students' interest in technology, and creating forever learners and character education.

Please know that my door is always open to you. I heartily welcome your conversation and input throughout the opening of Fox Elementary and during our first school year together. Keep watch for emails and social posts as we begin our journey together.

I am beyond excited to be serving the students, staff, and families of Fox Elementary as the assistant principal. I am committed to establishing a positive culture at Fox Elementary alongside Ms. Combs where every student is celebrated for their greatness and supported as they grow. In my role as assistant principal, I will support, empower, and lead students and staff in embracing a growth mindset where failing forward, innovation, and thoughtfully disrupting the status quo is the norm. 13 years ago, I began the exciting career of teaching. I came into the profession with a ton of enthusiasm, and it has stayed with me. I began my teaching career in Klein ISD as a 4th grade teacher. I was honored as Eiland Elementary's Teacher of the Year and Klein ISD's Elementary District Teacher of the Year for the 2012-2013 school year. Since then, I have served as a literacy specialist at Zwink Elementary and an assistant principal at Hassler Elementary. Throughout my career in education, I have led with passion, remained student focused, and have stayed committed to serving others.

I'm looking forward to partnering with you as we support your child in achieving their purpose, and I can't wait to see all that our students achieve as Fox Cubs.
